1 Southwark Bridge, London - Private dinning/Conference Room - £380,000 Contract
For the Financial Times having a flexible, high end space for client meetings, events and company functions is a vital part of their office environment. DOI were employed to head a steering committe and meet all heads of department to discuss their needs for a private dinning/ conference area on the 6th Floor
After the consultation period DOI presented the designs and scope of works to the committee, once this was agreed the build began.
Build consisted of: Full strip out of original features, Bespoke Media wall, New Mobile partition walls, New ceiling layouts to include new lighting and New machanical layouts and all New furniture and finishings.
The project had to be completed within 31 days due to Company commitments. DOI completed these works on schedule and to a very high standard.

25-33 Canada Square, London - Ongoing Partition Maintenance Programme.
DOI Group are working with Citigroup in London on an ongoing basis to supply and relocate all internal partition wall systems within their head office, this includes floor works and minor ceiling works.
Citi work with individuals, communities, institutions and nations, with 200 years of experience creating financial solutions that are simple, creative and responsible and offices in 1,000 cities, 160 countries and employing millions of people.
To be able to meet these daily challenges it is vital that Citi are able to be flexible, a major part of this is having a planned, well thought out and easily updated office space. DOI has been working closely with Citi real estate services for the last X years to plan, execute and polish projects whenever Citi needs a change in their office environment, over this time we have consistently delivered on time and within budget.
